WHEN IT FEELS UNCOMFORTABLE DON'T LOOK FOR PLEASURES

When it feels uncomfortable you're always looking for pleasures. When you're stressed at work you will look for a cigarette, softdrink, junkfood, posts on social media, gossips, articles, pizza or anything that will numb the pain that is why you get weaker and weaker and your mind and body is rotting, your willpower become soft and you can't control your weakness anymore because it is devouring your soul. The fix here is to feel the pain, whenever you want to stop... don't stop and just slow down. For example in your work, if your brain can't think anymore just slow down and think slowly, breathe for a few seconds and never look for any substance to numb the pain, don't look for food, don't look for a video to watch and just stay with your work. You will be able to control the situation no matter what. You will be able to control yourself, just relax and never rush, the pain will subside without relying on any drink, food or cigarette because it is killing you slowly, you think you are getting relieved but those who rely on pleasures to ease the pain get weaker, once you rely on something to feel good... you're in big trouble, your body will become fragile and your mind will be poisoned, the result is you will never be able to operate effectively. So stop looking for a stress reliever, don't look for medicine, don't look for anything that will make you feel much better. Just rely on your willpower and ability to endure, rely on your own strength and never look for an easy way out, never look for something to save you because you are enough. A glass of water is enough, breathing is enough, you don't need to look for an excuse to relieve your stress. When you're going through hell... keep going and never stop. Don't look for pleasures when it is uncomfortable, look for more work.
